Honey-Baked Camembert with Acacia Honey
There’s nothing more comforting and indulgent than a warm, gooey wheel of baked Camembert paired with the sweetness of honey. Ingredients:
- 1 whole Camembert (in its wooden box)
- 2 tbsp of Acacia honey
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced
- Crusty bread or crackers for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot air oven 160°C) .
- Remove the plastic wrap from the Camembert and place it back in its wooden box (or a small baking dish if no box is available).
- Score the top of the cheese in a crisscross pattern. Insert garlic slices and small rosemary sprigs into the cuts.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of Acacia honey over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is soft and gooey.
- Carefully remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining honey on top.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread or crackers for dipping.
